Pure Architects is proud to work with a dedicated group of doctors to transform an underutilized existing building along E. Paris into a 10,000-square-foot surgical facility featuring three operating rooms. This project reflects a shared commitment to enhancing access to high-quality healthcare services in Grand Rapids.

By thoughtfully repurposing the existing structure, the design integrates modern technology and patient-centered solutions to create a facility that prioritizes both functionality and comfort. Pure Architects is honored to contribute to a project that has the potential to make a lasting and meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the region.
With architectural elements and modern material selections, we reimagined a dated entryway into a warm, sophisticated space that feels light and inviting. The entryway now offers an enhanced arrival experience, feeling both personal and professional.
The finishes were carefully selected to blend texture and depth, creating an elevated space while maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
Positioned to face outward, the nurses station ensures optimal visibility and awareness into the prep and recovery areas, promoting patient safety and efficient care. This design approach provides a sense of comfort to patients while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and professional appearance.

This combination of form and function creates a calming environment that supports both patient reassurance and staff effectiveness, embodying a design that prioritizes care at every level.
