Zachary Verhulst formed Pure Architects in August 2020 and has since generated $7 million in revenue along with plans to move his growing team to a new location on Grand Rapids’ west side.

The Grand Rapids-based firm has 23 employees and will likely be up to a team of 25-30 when the company moves into new offices at the Shade Shop building on Leonard Street NW, which Verhulst purchased in April for $1.1 million.
